Cr\u00edticas desde los gremios.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno nacional public\u00f3 en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial la disposici\u00f3n que\u00a0permite el autoservicio de combustibles en las estaciones de servicio.<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/320236\/20250129\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">decreto 46\/2025 <\/a>firmado por la Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda reglamenta la posibilidad de que un usuario pueda despacharse nafta y gasoil por si mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Para el Gobierno, la medida impactar\u00e1 en \u201cun precio diferenciado m\u00e1s bajo, con claro beneficio para el consumidor\u201d,\u00a0ya que las estaciones de servicio tendr\u00e1n menos gastos.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una actividad que est\u00e1 permitida en pa\u00edses como\u00a0Estados Unidos, Uruguay y Paraguay, adem\u00e1s de estados integrantes de la\u00a0Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<p>El anuncio lo hab\u00eda efectuado el a\u00f1o pasado el ministro de Desregulaci\u00f3n, Federico Sturzenegger, pero reci\u00e9n se oficializ\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles con su entrada en vigencia en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n<p>En la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y Mendoza se dieron pruebas piloto\u00a0de este nuevo sistema en estaciones de servicio de YPF y Shell, luego de que se expidieran permisos especiales, ya que comenzaron antes de que la norma estuviera reglamentada.<\/p>\n<p>El autoservicio de combustibles no se aplicar\u00e1, en principio, en provincias como\u00a0Buenos Aires, La Pampa y Jujuy, donde est\u00e1 prohibido implementar este tipo de servicios,\u00a0de acuerdo a lo que establecen leyes locales, que restringen la operaci\u00f3n de surtidores a personas ajenas al personal de las estaciones de expendio.<\/p>\n<p>La idea de los estacioneros es comenzar a brindar un servicio mixto, en el que se incorporar\u00e1 el autodespecho, pero se mantendr\u00e1 a los playeros para cargar el combustible de la manera habitual.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, desde los gremios que contienen a los trabajadores no ven con buenos ojos la medida que, entre otras cosas, generar\u00e1 baja en la demanda de personal y, por ende, despidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: cba24n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Algunas estaciones de servicio ya comenzaron las pruebas del servicio.
