Se trata de un entrenamiento de 20 horas semanales durante seis meses en empresas del sector privado. Incluye capacitaciones espec\u00edficas dise\u00f1adas por cada firma y talleres certificados a trav\u00e9s del Campus C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Los beneficiarios reciben una asignaci\u00f3n est\u00edmulo equivalente a un Salario M\u00ednimo, Vital y M\u00f3vil (SMVM), cofinanciada entre la Provincia y la empresa.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">En el caso de las personas que superen los 45 a\u00f1os y que vivan en la regi\u00f3n del noroeste y departamentos Roque S\u00e1enz Pe\u00f1a y General Roca, ingresar\u00e1n de manera directa y el aporte estatal se incrementa en un 20 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Los participantes de dicha modalidad cuentan con acceso al Boleto Obrero Social (BOS), lo que facilita su movilidad y permanencia en el empleo.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Luego de esta capacitaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de incorporarse bajo la modalidad Relaci\u00f3n de dependencia.<\/p>\n<ul class=\" wp-block-list eplus-wrapper eplus-styles-uid-e2c1cb\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><strong>Relaci\u00f3n de dependencia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">El cupo es de 5.000 beneficiarios. Incorporaci\u00f3n efectiva al plantel laboral, con remuneraci\u00f3n seg\u00fan convenio colectivo.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">La Provincia otorga a la empresa un aporte equivalente a 1 SMVM por cada trabajador incorporado.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">En el caso de beneficiarios mayores de 45 a\u00f1os o residentes en zonas del Programa de Inserci\u00f3n Territorial (PIT), el aporte provincial asciende a 1,5 SMVM.<\/p>\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Las inscripciones para postulantes y empresas es v\u00eda Ciudadano Digital desde el 8 de septiembre hasta el 17 de octubre de 2025.
